Reflection: Selection Tools

For the pineapple, I used the magic wand tool to select the background. I zoomed in and made further selections using the same tool. I then inverted the selection so that the hand and pineapple were selected.

I used the magnetic lasso tool to select the flower petals. I made minor adjustments afterward using the lasso tool (I have a tablet, so free-hand selection is sometimes easier).

I used the same technique I used with the flower (above) for this Canadian goose.

I used the polygonal lasso tool on the mane and magnetic lasso tool on the rest of the horse.

I used the free-hand lasso tool for most of this bell pepper.
